FOREWORD

We feel very happy to announce that by the timely efforts of Government of Sindh and City Distric Government we are lunching B.C.S Degree Proram in our college, a valuable feather in the cap.

It became only possible by the burning enthusiasm, zeal and dynamic leadership of worthy Secretary Education to Government of Sindh Mr.Nazar Hussain Maher. His growing intrest in the affairs of education, especially for those of the neglected class of poor masses, has made to avail the opportunity of abreasing the latest development in the field of Infarmation Technology.

We are heartily indebted to Dr.A.Q.Khan (N.I & Bar) for his valueable services and generous help to this institution, his Almamater.

We are thankful to Professor Dr.Zafar Saeed Saify, Vice Chancellor, University of Karachi for granting the affilation to this college for B.C.S Degree Program.
